TouchstoneBI is pleased to announce the commencement of a BI project with one of our long standing loyal customers of 15+ years, Cheval Residences. The project will consist of InforBI and ETL Agile to completely transform the reporting capabilities across the whole company, starting with the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Cheval Residences offer luxury serviced apartments in London’s most desirable addresses, located in some of its most sought-after neighbourhoods. Each residence has its own individual style, yet all share the same ethos and levels of service rarely enjoyed outside the world’s finest hotels.
Cheval Residences has a number of operational applications used to control the various aspects of the business, namely; front of house reservations, financials, procurement, payroll and employee performance monitoring. Reporting across these multiple data sources in the past has been inconsistent and very time consuming. Cheval Residences has seen continued success over the years with a brand new site recently opening over-looking Tower Bridge, another opening in June 2014 in South Kensington and more under development. It has now become a necessity to use a powerful and functional BI solution to provide fast and accurate reports to aid decision making.
The implementation of InforBI and ETL Agile from TouchstoneBI will provide the following benefits to Cheval Residences:
